Our team

msa-b GmbH is an owner-managed company with a TOP TEAM of about 20 permanent and freelance consultants and trainers. At the same time, our company is embedded in the DIE TOP BERATER group of companies with a further 20 employees. Together we work in a united effort and are always aware of our role as a responsible employer.

At the same time, we are always on the lookout for additional colleagues to support us in our diverse tasks as well as in the implementation of our growth strategy. But what is the worst part of applying for a job for most people and what accordingly keeps us from applying the most?

That’s right! It’s the letter of motivation, which is personal, individually designed and therefore correspondingly time-consuming. We usually have our resume on the computer and quickly available. A letter of motivation, on the other hand, is an unloved duty!
