In modern factories, worker self-testing is becoming increasingly important. With the help of suitable methods and tools as well as the necessary background knowledge regarding testing, handling of test equipment and statistical principles, the basis for implementation is laid.

Worker self-testing requires the inclusion of the zero-defect strategy in the quality process to a particularly high degree. In this context, the quality motivation of the employees is of particular importance.

Objective

The participants will be enabled to create the prerequisites for the introduction of worker self-auditing and to implement the targeted procedure in the company. In addition, the future inspectors will be made fit for their new tasks.
